How it works

Riders and drivers

Every trip needs both. Drivers bring the cars, riders fill the seats, and the club matches everyone up.

If you are riding

Become a member
Members get priority. Join first, then sign up for trips.
Fill out the rider form
Pick the trip you want when the form opens each week.
Watch for your confirmation
We email your driver, car and meeting time before the trip.
Show up and check in
Be at the meeting spot early. Chip in for gas with your driver.

Trip day

Day-of check-in

Check-in is how we know everyone is accounted for. It takes two minutes if you arrive on time.

Arrive at the meeting spot at least 15 minutes before departure (time is in your confirmation email).
Find the officer with the clipboard and give your name.
Find your driver and car. Confirm who is riding in which car.
Have your lift ticket or pass sorted, your gear packed, and cash or Venmo ready for gas.

Gas reimbursement

TBD. The board is deciding between a flat rate per trip and riders chipping in directly.

Join the waitlist

When a trip is full, add yourself to the waitlist. If someone cancels, we offer the seat in the order people signed up and email you. Keep your phone handy on Thursday and Friday.

Do I need to be a member to ride?

Yes. Membership covers insurance and gets you a seat. See the Join page for how to sign up.

What if I am a first-time rider?

Welcome. Mention it on the rider form and we will help with gear and lessons. No experience needed.

What does a ride cost?

TBD. Riders will chip in for gas at a set rate. The board will confirm the amount.
